Starting location by GPS and clicking / dragging on map

It is still an utter mess... by we're getting close. Stuff that needs to be fixed:

• controlled search / location input
• searching location and picking one
• clicking on map updates location
• dragging marker changes location
• location is used on generateRun
• automatically generate run when click / dragging and is possible (has distance and type)
• use location from initial URL
• use location from local storage
