Only available, not currently installed engines are WS11WineCX64Bit22.1.1-14_D3DMetal-v1.0 and WS11WineCX64Bit22.1.1-14. Also can't update wrapper version from 2.9.2.0 (shown in example image)
App ver is 1.8.4.2

Running on Macos Ventura 13.6.1
Processor: 3.4Ghz intel core i5
Graphics: Radeon Pro 560 4GB
Memory: 8GB

Tried installing by homebrew and terminal just fed me 'Warning: Not upgrading wineskin, the latest version is already installed' and manual installation made no difference
example

Hopefully this is all the info needed, apologies if I formatted anything incorrectly

That's correct prior Engines have been removed from the EngineList as there no longer supported.

Also can't update wrapper version from 2.9.2.0

Wineskin-2.9.2.0 is the latest master wrapper version daeb4dd

Tried installing by homebrew and terminal just fed me 'Warning: Not upgrading wineskin, the latest version is already installed' and manual installation made no difference

That's because Wineskin Winery v1.8.4.2 is the latest version, theres little reason to update Winery.

oh okay, thanks for clarifying so quickly!
Is there a way to install 32 bit engines then? as I am trying to install .net4 for various programs, and winetricks says to try it on that before sending a report.

The dotnet4x verbs will install into a 64Bit prefix.
