Fix Bug Report and Dockerfile for Alpine SSL Certificates

This merge request addresses two key issues:

1. Bug Report Template Update:

   • Added missing steps in the "To Reproduce" section of the bug report template.
   • Adjusted formatting for better clarity.
   • Updated the desktop and smartphone information sections.

2. Dockerfile Update:

   • Added a new Alpine image stage (alpine-cert) to manage SSL certificates.
   • Modified the Dockerfile to copy SSL certificates from the alpine-cert stage.

These changes aim to improve the bug reporting process and enhance the Dockerfile for better SSL certificate management. Please review and merge at your earliest convenience.
