Have temporary ones now as it is needed by Facebook OAuth Review #881 :

Used the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from: https://www.geeklog.net/downloads/index.php/375

https://www.geeklog.net/staticpages/index.php/terms-of-use

Need to update them to better reflect todays online environment. The ones current in use was written in 2004.

Have added links in Geeklog.net Footer.

We should maybe also release a standard version other Geeklog Sites can use.
