Chickens Chicken Analyser doesn't lose a use when used on a chicken in a Nesting Pen

Issue Description:

If the Chicken Analyser it loses a use but if it is used on a Hatchery mod nesting pen it doesn't, I don't know where the fault is so this bug has been reported to both mods (apologies if there's nothing you can do about it).

Steps to reproduce (important):

1. Click on a chicken with a new analyser and it gets a green bar.
2. Put a chicken in a nesting pen.
3. Click on the chicken in the pen with a new analyser and it doesn't get a green bar.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• Chickens: chickens-6.0.3
• Hatchery: hatchery-1.12.2-2.1.2
• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: forge1.12.2-14.23.2.2611
