This datapack intends to add common sense additions like dye mixing or slabs to blocks. Minecraft recipes could use a reboot and this is perfect for that.

Block Consistency

Material blocks are normally a storage item as they can be crafted between their block form and their material form. Now recipes have been added to blocks that should function like this as well

Many recipes have now been added to dyes so that you can mix more together as well as 1.20's universal dyeing being backported so it can be used in earlier versions.

Environmental Crafting

Things like Cobblestone from Lava and Water or Basalt farming can now be done inside the crafting table as well as outside.

There are now 100+ stonecutting recipes aimed at filling out gaps left by vanilla recipes

If you mix a Pottery Sherd with 4 bricks in the crafting table you can duplicate it for future uses

Stairs to Slabs and Slabs to Blocks

All stairs are now able to be crafted into their slab variants and all slabs can now be crafted into their block variants
