I am recently working on a capstone project aimed to use an optimization approach to minimize the levelized cost of hydrogen(LCOH) in South California in 2030 with the impact of the 45V hydrogen policy. We have collected our dataset from PowerGenome and Ricks, W., Xu, Q., & Jenkins, J. D. (2022) but struggling to find out a way to insert the constraints of the 45V hydrogen policy's levelized investment tax credits (ITC) and production tax credits (PTC) into the GenX model. Do you have any suggestions for how could I implement this? Thank you so much for your assistance and I look forward to any suggestions you may have. :)
