When -H is used to compute variable seamount densities it can be helpful to allow us to subtract a fixed density, such as density of seawater, in order to build a model with density contrasts for gravity calculations.

When -H is used to compute variable seamount densities it can be helpful to allow us to subtract a fixed density, such as the density of seawater, via -D, in order to build a model with density contrasts for gravity calculations. This PR allows that and updates the documentation.
