Added registry entry for AddFoldersToAssemblyProbe in both 64-bit and 32-bit registry paths
Added and corrected registry key settings for both BasicPluginTemplate and CustomReportSample projects. Specifically, ensured `AddFoldersToAssemblyProbe` is set to "True" in both 32-bit and 64-bit registry paths for Genetec Security Center Plugins, and corrected the `ServerModule` and `ClientModule` settings under the WOW6432Node path to ensure proper addition.
