  • I have read the FAQ.
  • I have searched in existing issues.

Environment

  • OS: Linux Manjaro
  • scrcpy version: scrcpy 1.17
  • installation method: AUR package on Manjaro
  • device model: Fairphone 2
  • Android version: 10, 17.1-20210611-NIGHTLY-FP2

Describe the bug
Using the PC keyboard with US Intl Dead Keys + AltGr layout, wherever I can enter text, sending an accented character (e.g., à = ` + a, ê = ^ + e) results in sending the non accented character followed by the accented character (e.g., output is aà or eê).

Try scrcpy --prefer-text.
