feat: add UserTypeAdapter class for User serialization and deserializ…

…ation

- UserTypeAdapter implements JsonSerializer and JsonDeserializer for User
- UserTypeAdapter provides static methods for converting User to and from JSON
- UserTypeAdapter handles custom data fields of User such as votes, services, etc.
