Si l'administrateur modifie une intervention créée par un utilisateur d'une autre structure, les valeurs se remettent à 0 :

Avant modification :

En mode édition, il n'y a plus les valeurs pour statut/désordes/type/enjeu :

OK looks like a bug.

It comes from the fact that the user is not in the same structure. For all fields with a structure related, here : statuts, disorder, stake, type. We don't know the previous states and for the user 2, all the fields doesn't exist. And that's why it's now back to None.
It happens for all the different modules with a structure related field.

I try to find the solution.

It will stay like this for now. Now it's possible to add an object to no structure and everybody can see it and use it. So in this case it's important to use a None related structure's object which allow to work on the same object ( #1744 ).
Anyway, as long a the user do not save, the information is still on database for the other structure member.

Yes it is a normal behaviour I would say.
