On iOS Safari, if we click the jump to latest message button while we're scrolling, there is a rendering issue: some of the display will be blank.

See attached video:

  • first jump to latest click works ok
  • second and third not: there is a scroll already in progress when the button is clicked

Hi,

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue in our sample app using iPhone XR and a channel with 400 messages and 100 attachments.

Can you please check the specific channels in our sample app to get some more insight?

If the error shows up in the sample app, please send the number of messages and attachments in the channel (or credentials for the channel that I can check via Slack).

If the error doesn't show up in the sample app, please try to see if the error happens once you remove custom components.

That way we can gather more insight about the error.

@weiz18 in version 4.59.1 the hideJumpToLatestDuringScroll has functionality has been restored (in previous versions the input was there, but did nothing), and the deprecation has been removed.
