-Kivan's items added to item_use.2da so they are only usable by Kivan (EE), and not usable by half-orcs (BGII/BGT).
-Make item description and stats more consistent (Kivan's bow items).
-Added more EE specific item descriptions.
-All items and cres will be copied over for EET.
-Lines in p#kiv01.baf should have correct strings.
-Added kivan.ini for Project Infinity with install order and globally unqique LABELs etc.
