I copied the downloaded files to my /usr/local/lib//usr/local/include but I'm not actually sure if those are in my dynamiclib path, or how to check. Also not sure what is libhidapi, maybe I have to install that first?

Workaround is using brew install libhid

Then copying the .dylib into the /usr/local/lib
