Depends on all issues for Milestone 2.0.0 from Core and Tests projects.

After they're complete, it's safe to update the GUI app.

Also requires to use stable Prism 8.0.x+ OR Caliburn.Micro 4.0.x+ (but prefer Prism, because caliburn is dying)

Only updating prism is left for GUI project to be complete.

Stable prism is released. I'll update the app with dotnet 5.0 release.

MaterialDesignExtensions is a bit slow to release a stable package. God I hope it's the last dependancy to update here before release
