[REQUEST] - Rename Project to "Carpet Addons Not Found"

Mod name currently reflects that the work is soley Gilly7CE instead of a collobarative effort between members of the 404 Not Found Minecraft server.

Mod to be renamed to "Carpet Addons Not Found". This was the most voted name from the 404 members.

No alternatives.

Additional context

This will require moving of files from the package gillycarpetaddons to carpetaddonsnotfound. Anything that was previously named GillyAddons or similar should be CarpetAddonsNotFound or similar.

Similar to #93 but that issue was closed due to ugly coding implications and the name being too specific to the 404 server. This proposed name could be used in the unlikely scenario the 404 server was to shut down, allowing this mod to continue regardless.

The mod is not intended for external use, i.e. there are no public APIs, so we can continue releasing the mod with major version 1. The next release following this work would continue as normal.

Also require changing the repo name, which will break existing links! So need to ensure links to Modrinth and CurseForge are not broken. Also, announcing the name change in 404 discord is required, as the old links are provided.
