This PR:

Fixes some minor issues in polygons and fill opacity in PGF
paves the way for fixing bigger issues, see FillPrimitive is not being correctly rendered when using PGF backend Gadfly.jl#1290 (comment)

Here is a pdf of the Geom.ribbon example, produced using the PGF backend → pdf:
