To-do list telegram-bot with opportunity to add notifications with voice messages.

Main functionality:

1. Add notification using buttons and bot chat
2. Add notification using voice messages
3. View the list of done / undone plans
4. Move notification to done / undone
5. edit notification
6. delete notification
7. create periodic notification

Before building:

1. Add your config.py
2. in Datasets_Generator/model_train.py execute mentioned commands to create a model (in Datasets_Generator/config.txt change model params)

Implementation:

1. Tg-bot: python + ariogram 2.25.1
2. sqlite
3. spacy, whisper, dateparser (ml models)
