Automated installer of CLI beautifiers

Now this is going to be cool and very, very useful.

Steps

• Check if there are available CLI installer instructions
• Prompt User first (Would you like to automatically install this?)
• Detect Operating System
• Detect available package manager, if needed (see Operating System Specific section below)
• Install CLI dependencies with OS-specific installation instructions

Link up with issue #164. Check for configured path to CLI beautifier; if not found try to determine it automatically; if that does not work; then suggest that the user installs / configures the CLI beautifier; allow user to automate this with this Issue's feature.

Changing direction to using Docker. See #1687

The new Executables feature in Atom-Beautify should resolve many of the features requested above. Docker will finish it off with automated installation of the beautifiers.
