Cargo build

then

Cargo run

If not, look down on the issues.

Issues ?

Here is what you can do!

1. Clean build and rebuild (target file) or clean the cache.
2. Download the latest version of Microsoft Visual Studio C++.
3. Works best with Visual studio 2015
4. If this didn't work, then you have to figure out a new solution.
