Definí los pasos hacia tu hábito final, y empezá por el primero. Avanzá pasos mediante triunfos consistentes. Si un paso es muy difícil (triunfo inconsistente), repetí el anterior. | ||

||
Esta adquisición tan gradual reduce la carga física/mental y te ayuda a crear una rutina mucho antes de llegar al hábito deseado. | ||
