Can't add/delete a glossary entry #224

If the permalink structure has a trailing slash the forms for adding/deleting a glossary entry don't work because of an extra slash added in https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress-WP/blob/97f607d989013e712483eb9d698953b1cc784fcf/gp-templates/glossary-view.php#L10 and https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress-WP/blob/97f607d989013e712483eb9d698953b1cc784fcf/gp-templates/glossary-view.php#L63.
