Implement the following in casa
GluuFederation/oxAuth#1104

There might be some use cases where user is unable to scan QR code with their mobile device.
It will be great if we can generate equivalent passcode which will be used by those users who are unable to scan QR code during registration and/or login with OTP 2FA.

  • OTP will show QR code first
  • Below, there might be some button named "Unable to Scan?"
  • When user will click that button, a passcode will be generated.
  • User will use that passcode in Google Authenticator to use 2FA.
