a simple javascript bootstrap clockpicker brought to omnis jsclient using http://weareoutman.github.io/clockpicker/
put these files into /html: rfCLOCKPICKER.htm rfCLOCKPICKER_backup.htm
or instead of copying the htm files change your template
add this line to your jsctempl.htm:

run the omnis library CLOCKPICKER.lbs

if you or your OS overwrites rfCLOCKPICKER.htm use the copy in rfCLOCKPICKER_backup.htm

to use the control on other forms/windows just copy/paste it and set $dataname.
