  1. Better handling of "omitempty", ignore name for complex types 

    Add "omitempty" for attributes where "use" is default (optional).
Add "omitempty" for elements where minOccurs=0
Minor cleanups in the Makefile.
Add XML un/marshal test for the example schema.
