Play store do not work after changing DNS #11

Hi, I'm not able to download anything from Play store after setting up custom DNS. I can browse, but when I hit install, it just keeps "downloading"

I've tried both Google & Open DNS servers with same results.
As soon as I revert to Defaults DNS, issue disappear.
DNS settings do not interfere with "regular" internet access.
