部分游戏可能没有成功被匹配成功，需要手动添加的时候，希望可以直接把启动文件拖拽到PVN的界面内添加，相比通过添加文件选择更为便捷。
首次使用的时候会方便很多。

PotatoVN现有形式是选择启动exe文件，可以把拖拽得到的路径传递给对应的函数，应该很好解决。

理论上完全可以做啦，可惜现在因为工期问题处于“未来可期”中，如果dalao感兴趣的话欢迎一起建设PVN
