Zenodo Release

No updates, but ensuring archival of the current code on Zenodo for inclusion in my thesis, as it can easily be adapted from the current state.

Works with all PyTorch

Our initial plotting codes did not work with PyTorch v1.0.1 but this release now works with any version of PyTorch.

Initial Release (Paper I)

This release is made to host the binaries (model, training, and example fits files), and pin the code at a known working point.
