fix: give non-MpEx players a default blue platform color
Previously, if a regular player joined without sending an extended player packet containing a color code, their platform wouldn't light up and stay black. This patch modifies that behavior so they get the default blue platform color instead.
(This PR also contains a small unrelated fix 50cdbe8 for player icon removal oops)
