Updates for listing in Chrome Web Store for next release.

@addyosmani , we need the following update for the next release:

• Stop marking INP as experimental
• Mark TTFB as experimental
• Update screenshots (again - sorry!) as number of changes in this release.
• Ambient Badge, note the circular "good" button, and triangle poor button thanks to Make badge change shape as well as color #137 for "The badge has a number of states:"
• "The extension captures:..." - maybe add a - or * to each metric to make them look like bullet points?
• "The extension provides three core features:" There is now a 4th core feature IMHO - console logging (https://web.dev/debug-cwvs-with-web-vitals-extension/).
• "If one or more metrics are failing, the badge will animate the values of these metrics." - this is now configurable thanks to Option to disable badge animation #141
