This change includes licenses for transitive dependencies, even though many of which are not used even transitively in this project. Also, the tool above included all the source code for hashicorp/hcl, even though it's a transitive dependency and even then we don't use the hcl functionality here. I believe that's a mistake on the tool's part and so have removed the source code (since we have made no modification or use of it) and left the license to be consistent (all transitive deps are named here).
