This will be pull request template

Description

  • Updating go version from 1.19 to 1.20
  • some commits not related to go lang upgrade in fuse and gcloud repo are also included

Link to the issue in case of a bug fix - #1071

Testing details

  1. Manual
  • Tested on VM ( Updated doc on Buganizer)
  • (Create, Delete, List, Read, Write) all the operations are working fine.
  1. Unit tests
  2. Integration tests
