Considering cutting a new tag that doesn't depend on google-apis#master #62

The 0.3.1 tag of google-map seems to have accidentally depended on google-apis#master instead of 0.3.2. I have to add a bower resolution for this, but I'm worried that I'll forget about the resolution and it will introduce bit rot. If it's possible to cut a new tag with the current dependency that would be awesome.

Doing this today. The last release was in July when we weren't versioning correctly :(
