Case, Death and Recovery information is powered by https://covid19api.com - Access to the API is free and is sourced from John Hopkins CSSE.
After setting up the bot (see Telegram developer documenation), type /start to start up the bot then use /corona to bring up the number of cases, deaths and recoveries worldwide.
