Не очень понятно, насколько большой пласт работы ты выполнил.
Добавь больше цифр для значимости.
"Реализовал 90% графического интерфейса", например.
Не написал про то, что ты добавил интерактивность в приложение и оно стало более "живым".
Замени "для команды" и "команде" на "для проекта" и "проекту". Шаблон поменялся прост.
