Relevant issue: Closes #495

Description:

Add a new subinfo Slack command that gives you information about a given subreddit.

It displays:

  • The total number of submissions and submissions currently in the queue
  • The total number of transcriptions
  • The total number of volunteers
  • Percentages for all of that
