The version number the bot is reporting is wrong

I think this can be traced back to this line of code. It is probably better to extract this from the pyproject.toml file.

Joker said that it was intentionally pinned to 0.6.0? But I can't find an issue this links back to?

It was intentionally pinned there back when we had tor and tor_core as separate systems because tor would pull the version number from tor_core, which was 0.6.0. When it got merged back in, it was just never adjusted back to match the real version. Should be an easy fix, though.
