This whole file is up for rewrite but that can come at some other time. For now this only fixes time formatting bug. |

Description
Fixes broken time formatting for gacha records. No idea why someone thought it good idea to reimplement locale string but it was broken and worked only for
en-USorzh-CN. This PR instead uses native.toLocaleString().Issues fixed by this PR
