This mod cooks several items in "City Lights"
- Add cross-Civilization District and Improvement adjacency bonuses
- Correct trait errors related to Egypt's special district
- Cothon Borough adjacencies are Gold instead of Food
- Correct miscellaneous adjacency errors
- Remove reference to the original City Park improvement; it no longer appears in the Civilopedia
- Adjacency bonuses now have text instead of placeholders
- Sukritact's Oceans: Artificial Reefs now gain a +2 Culture adjacency bonus from Kelp
