The insecure_startup configuration parameter was introduced for development and testing purposes.
As this should never be used by our users and the configuration during preflight conflicts with provisioned configuration, we should remove the possibility to run unsecured instances of OpenSearch in data node altogether.
This needs to be replaced with an automatic provisioning of instances for testing.
