Index set deletion problems

When removing index set, we can observe the following problems:

• removal confirmation dialog does not disappear after pressing "Delete" button,
  

• user is allowed to press "Delete" button again, leading to an error
  

• list of index sets is not refreshed/updated automatically, removed index set is visible, one have to manually refresh/re-enter the page.

The last part is probably not mentioned in the original issue:
