I have created a new profile -- devmysql-regeneratedatabase. This profile is like devmysql with the only difference that it recreates and destroys the database each time it is run. John wanted this capability. The devmysql profile uses a persistent database. So you need to initialize the database if you want to start clean.
Also updates the database creation scripts to match changes made by John in structure.
