Capture page pagination does not behave as expected

Expected behaviour:

• Previous pagination button (red box) renders the previous 25 pages
• Next pagination button (red box) renders the next 25 pages

Actual behaviour:

• Both previous and next pagination button renders the next 25 pages

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the next pagination button once, the list of items (blue box) will change to 26-50
2. Click on the previous pagination button, the list of items (blue box) will change to 51-75 instead of 1-25
