Change the tree table to tree capture

This is a full stack change and requires simultaneous updates of web-map, admin panel, app as well as all linked functions, token creation etc..

The Current tree table should be change to tree_capture table to represents a single data upload/capture of the tree. It does not represent what will be the chronological compilation of data points around a singular tree that will be represented in the future tree table.

This is a prerequisite to completing the update and duplicate image features.
