Model and data files for paper: Network assessment and modeling the management of an epidemic on a college campus with testing, contact tracing, and masking
The networks were constructed from data provided by the State University of New York, College at Geneseo. The data are anonymized. The model is written in R. All parameter settings are near the top of the file. To run it download the model and functions R script files, place in the same folder, set the working directory. The paper is currently up on MedRxiv and is soon to be submitted to PLoS Comp. Biol.
