Problems running main.py

I get an error in line 5 - utils.pentest.gpt import pentestGPT
That module utils is not installed.
How do I install it?

Second maybe related question...
Why in the videos do you create virtual environment before running main.py ?

For the second question, we should create virtualenv before installation.
