Pressing Save Atlas To re-selects all materials #76

After unselecting all materials and then selecting just one set of materials (EG: body), when you press the Save Atlas To button, ALL materials become selected and one Atlas is created with everything in it.

- Fixed error when packing files that are missing on the drive
