@marianopeck has a suggestion to simulate a list instance failure (been known to happen: 45620 C2 Repository>>_scanPomWithMaxThreads:waitForLock:pageBufSize:percentCpuActiveLimit:identSet:limit:scanKind:toDirectory: (prim 896) may return nil .... error handler in loader when retrying errorDefinitions is suspect ...
