[gtk3] Toggle Hide shortcut doesn't work

I've tried multiple different shortcuts for "Toggle Hide on Lose Focus" and none of them worked for me. They just generate the corresponding letter or sequence in the terminal.

Those shortcuts work for other action, as well as Preferences -> General -> Hide on lose focus works as expected.

Note: Other actions might be broken too, I didn't do an exhaustive testing here.
